Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has revealed that he believes Google's Android smartphone will eventually win out over iOS devices.
Speaking to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, Wozniak stated that the quality of the search giant's OS matched with it's ability to offer greater consumer choice through scalable price points will give it an edge in time.
"[The iPhone] has very few weak points. There aren't any real complaints and problems. In terms of quality, the iPhone is leading." said Wozniak, before conceding that, "Android phones have more features," and offer more choice for the end user.
Wozniak did not have similarly kind words for Nokia however, calling it "the brand from a previous generation".
The interview also revealed that Apple had been working on a smartphone as far back as 2004 with a well-known but undisclosed Japanese consumer electronics company, but canned the project before settling on the 2007 iPhone design.
