Special features of SA compared to other types of companies
Of all forms of companies registered in the commercial register, the SA is the most widespread. It is found in all sectors, although agriculture does not appear often. The number of limited companies has increased sharply in recent decades. Within approx. 30 years the number of SA has increased fivefold. With the introduction of the revision of company law in 1992, the trend is, however, declined.
An SA is established among other things the following features that distinguish SA from other types of company:

* Obligation to pay the limited partners and the sole responsibility of the assets (personal contribution can be calculated exactly, and in addition to capital there is no risk)
* Mobility of assets deposited by issuing shares (certificate of membership in a way that simplifies the transfer, eg. In the case of expenditure and receipts of shareholders or in case of inheritance)
* Participation in the capital is decisive, not the player but the personality of the member. This simplifies the continuation of the administration in case of death of the founder. It is also possible participation in the company of several people, that they should not participate directly in its activities.
