Anyone know anything about flight ops work with the UN? Do they still exist? I would have thought that people of their organization's deployment of things (aid, firearms, etc.) throughout the world for them (rather than outsourcing everything), but I could be wrong. un careers

AFAIK, the UN has to contract with private companies.
They are often commissioned to paint their planes in UN colors.

Otherwise UN sources from several military use in peacekeeping missions.

T I don 'think they work any squadrons at home, the reason is that they do not have that kind of investment budget for the medium / long term.
